2. This application has been filed by the petitioners contending that some typographical errors have crept in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in CWJC No. 20310 of 2025 and therefore, a prayer is being made for making necessary correction / modification in the said order dated.

3. The typographical errors which have crept in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in CWJC No. 20310 of 2025 are as follows:- (i) In the description of petitioner no. 1, as recorded in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Bakhri', 'P.S.- Lohiya Nagar' should have been typed.

(ii) In the description of petitioner no. 3 in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Bakhri', 'P.S.- Lohiya Nagar' should have been typed.

(iii) In the description of petitioner no. 4 in the cause title, in place of 'District- Lakhisarai, Bihar', 'DistrictBegusarai, Bihar' should have been typed.

3/4 (iv) In the description of petitioner no. 6 in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Begusarai', 'P.S.- Birpur' should have been typed.

(v) In the description of petitioner no. 8 in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Bakhri', P.S.- Lohiya Nagar should have been typed.

(vi) In the description of petitioner no. 10 in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Sahebpur Kamal', 'P.S.- Khagariya' should have been typed. Further, in place of 'DistrictBegusarai', 'District-Khagariya' should have been typed. (vii) In the description of petitioner no. 11 in the cause title, in place of 'P.S.-Chhaurahi', 'P.S.- Singhaul' should have been typed.

(viii) In the fifth line of paragraph-4, in place of 'Begusarai', the word 'Munger' should have been typed. Further, in fourth and tenth line of paragraph-6, in place of 'Begusarai', the word 'Munger' should have been typed. (ix) In the description of respondent no. 3 in the cause title, in place of 'Munger Division, Bihar', the word 'Munger Division, Munger' should have been typed.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State does not have any objection if the aforesaid corrections are

4/4 carried out in the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in CWJC No. 20310 of 2025.

5. In view of the typographical errors as pointed above and taking note of the same, the aforesaid corrections will be read into the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in CWJC No. 20310 of 2025 and the order dated 17.12.2025 passed in CWJC No. 20310 of 2025 will stand accordingly modified.
