ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 30.1.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 37853 of 2014. In view of the nature of allegation, I do not find any reason for reviewing the earlier order refusing prayer for bail even though the prosecution has not supported the case. The prayer for bail stands rejected.

The Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, is directed to conclude the Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2014 arising out of Runnisaidpur P.S.
