2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 352 and 35(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that on the issue of illegal manufacturing and transportation of liquor around 15 named persons and 25-30 unknown persons indulged in attacking the police team, which had apprehended two accused persons on a motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it

No.3350 of 2026(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/3 would be apparent from the First Information Report itself that the same has been alleged against 15 named and 25-30 unknown persons with general and omnibus allegations of indulging in physical altercation with the police team. There is no specific allegation attributed to the present petitioners and further, it has also been pointed out that one of the similarly situated coaccused, namely Shankar Tuddu, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2645 of 2026.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that one injury suffered by one of the persons in the team is grievous in nature and in response to the same it has been submitted that the said injury is not attributed specifically to any persons and so far as other injuries are concerned, they are simple in nature.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering general and omnibus nature of allegations against the petitioners, coupled with the fact that one of the similarly situated co-accused has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court

No.3350 of 2026(2) dt.28-01-2026 3/3 below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 728 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
