The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(A), 489(B), 489(C), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended three persons, namely, Mukesh Sah, Naresh Prasad (petitioner) and Kameshwar Pandey. From the possession of Kameshwar Pandey 74 notes of 500 denomination were recovered, from the possession of petitioner 100 notes of 500 denomination were recovered and from the possession of Mukesh Sah 11 notes of 1000 denomination were recovered.

It is submitted that Mukesh Sah and Kameshwar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16806 of 2015 (4) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 Pandey have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 34045 of 2014 and Cr. Misc. No. 1227 of 2015 respectively. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, II, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 588 of 2014 arising out of Bariya P. S. Case No. 78 of 2014.
