2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 379, 436 and subsequently added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 371 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been implicated owing to land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case in which the petitioners' side have also received injuries.
4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant who appears suo motu have been heard and submits that serious injuries have resulted in the assault committed by the accused persons.
5. Considering the nature of accusations, gravity of offence as well as the fact that one of the victims of the assault, namely, Ganesh Bhagat has subsequently died, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
