JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-08-2019 The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj in the matter of payment of salary to the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been regularly working but the respondents have not made payment of salary to them.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.1359 of 2019(3) dt.27-08-2019 2/2 of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioners for payment of salary. On enquiry if it is found that the petitioners' appointment is legal and valid and they have actually worked for the period they have claimed salary, District Programme Officer (Establishment) , Gopalganj shall ensure payment of salary after necessary decision in this regard within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
