The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.184 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner was neither named in the first information report nor any incriminating material transpired against him during investigation nor he was sent up for trial and he has been summoned during trial by the trial court in exercise of powers conferred under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the strength of deposition of two witnesses during trial who are inimical to the petitioner, in the

Case No.184 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
