2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 307, 447, 323, 324, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when informant was doing some work in the new house, the petitioner along with other accused persons arrived and assaulted the informant by means of lathi and rod due to which he sustained head injury.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Doctor found injury to be simple in nature. After investigation, police submitted final form against the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed. In the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
