The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P. S. Case No.234 of 2018 registered under Section 366-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the statement of the alleged victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application in which she has not alleged anything against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2512 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P. S. Case No.234 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
