Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354 (B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence, the informant (Jyala Ray) was on the way with his wife (Phulia Devi), in the meanwhile, the accused persons started misbehaving with them, which was pacified and when they returned home, the accused persons came to their house and fired on the informant but he was not injured.

There is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide para-16 of the bail petition. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Iind,(west) Muzaffarpur or successor court in connection with Kanti P.S.
