The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 IPC was added.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It is alleged that the petitioner and others might have kidnapped and killed the father of the informant. It is submitted that similarly situated coaccused Bhuneshwar Das and Md. Azad Ansari @ Jibrail Mian have been granted regular bail and anticipatory bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 373/2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 6479/2015. Case of the petitioner stands on the similar footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
