ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are in custody since 11.2.2015 in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.126 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except Section 27 of the Arms Act, all Sections stated in the F.I.R. are bailable. He further submits that the names of the petitioner have been brought into in the present case only on account of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16893 of 2015 (3) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 enmity and the petitioners had nothing to do with the alleged act of occurrence.
Considering the aforementioned submissions and the period of custody, let all the four petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, in connection with Pakribarawan (Dhamaul O.P.) P.S. Case No.126 of 2014.
