Name of the petitioner transpired in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and thereafter, petitioner was arrested and made his confessional statement leading to recovery of Rs 4200/- from his house.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 28.11.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.L. Praiyadarshi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna/concerned court in Bhagwanganj P.S. Case no. 79/2014.
