The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a young girl aged about 19 having clean antecedent and allegation in short is that the accused persons assaulted the informant and others due to which they sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that the allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus in nature, it is next submitted that co-accused Ranju
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4402 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/2 Devi has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 66686 of 2021.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also that the petitioner is a lady and the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 339 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
