The petitioner seeks his bail in Paliganj P.S.Case No.215 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged by the informant that on secret information about loitering of a person near Bank armed with arms, when he reached near the Bank, the petitioner started fleeing away and on chase he was apprehended and one country made pistol along with cartridge was recovered from his possession.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one country made pistol along with one cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.10.2014.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
