The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No.01 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable u/s 27(b)(ii), 28 of the Drug and Cosmetic Act, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned
