This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he closed the informant, the mother of the deceased, in the room. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no role of assault has been attributed against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.
