The petitioner is accused in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Anil Turi, who is said to be apprehended by the Villagers and Police. The petitioner has not been apprehended on the spot. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody 21.12.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9026 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.1st, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents / close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
