Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is co-accused Dharmendra Bhagat who gave dagger blow causing death of the deceased and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he caught hold of the deceased at the time of alleged occurrence.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 12.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
