This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) PS Case No. 251 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that investigation in the case is complete and charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 26 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.08.2018, this
