JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That by way of writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of the Hon'ble High Court for issuance of appropriate writ / order / direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents to compliance the order dated 18.3.2019 vide Complain No- 513210123111800904/2A passed by the District Public Appellate Authority, Darbhanga for respondent No. 5 should be directed to verify the petitioner's thumb

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate enquiry shall be made and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed by the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
