Petitioner along with his associates entered the premises of cinema hall and made firing. The informant expressed his belief that the aforesaid occurrence was done by the petitioner with an intent to fetch extortion money. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but there is nothing in the first information report that any demand was made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 117 of
