Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant's husband went missing since last two years from Delhi and when informant came to her matrimonial home, she learnt that petitioner as well as his mother got disappeared her husband. Petitioner happens to be full brother of socalled victim and is languishing in jail custody since 28.6.2013. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
