2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities for holding an enquiry in Sri Krishanapuri P.S. Case Ho. 137 of 2023.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the SHO of Srikrishnapuri Police Station has appeared in this Court personally and he has informed this Court that one Gandhi

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.106 of 2025(3) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Maidan P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023 has been registered and the same is under investigation.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Gandhi Maidan Police Station to conclude the investigation of Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No. 30 of 2023 at the earliest preferably within three months from today.
