2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 324 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased on his head.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2024.

5. In the trial all the witnesses except the official witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the allegation and the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
