The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Israil and Md. Kadir and subsequently, petitioner was arrested and he, too, made his confessional statement and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, co-accused, Md. Israil and Md. Kadir have already been admitted to bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
