The petitioners are accused in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015, registered under Section 302, 147, 148 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that when the deceased Chandan Kumar reached near the door at that time six persons, including the petitioner, caught hold him and one Arvind Kumar fired, which hit the deceased, who died on the spot. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation against coaccused Arvind Kumar, who shot fire at the deceased and petitioners and other are said to be caught hold the deceased.

No.9208 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused, Awadhesh Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.02.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 50531 of 2015. The petitioners are in custody since 18.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M. Daudnagar, District Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) manish/- U T
