It is case of misuse of privilege of bail but from perusal of the impugned order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Lakhisarai it is not clear as to when bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 1 to the petition and submitted that the petitioner was granted privilege of bail by this court on 10.08.2004 passed in Cr. Misc. no.18032/2004 and attended the trial court but later on, he entrusted his pairvi to his counsel and went outside the State for his livelihood. In the meantime, original record was found missing and no information regarding progress of the case was given to him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 01.10.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
