The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Uchakagon P. S. Case No. 274 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the maternal aunt and petitioner no. 2 is the daughter of petitioner no. 1 against whom there are allegations that they were demanding a sum of Rs. 5 lakhs from the husband of the informant on account of the expenses incurred on the marriage of the informant's husband. The allegation is that because of the torture for the money, the husband of the informant had committed suicide.

No.2613 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 Learned counsel submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, they are ladies members of the family of the maternal uncle of the husband of the informant and have been falsely implicated. Petitioner no. 1 is a student of Class XII.

No one appears on behalf of the State to oppose this application.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the relationship of the petitioners with that of the informant and the fact that the maternal uncle is already in custody, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P. S. Case No. 274 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
