The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Prior to filing of this case, the informant has also filed two more cases against the petitioners and her husband, as detailed in Annexure-2 series. Further submission is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3515 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 that the informant is a cunning lady and after marriage, she started threatening to her husband and petitioners for dire consequences, for which petitioner no.1 has filed an Informatory Petition (Anneuxre-3).

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
