For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Manoj Kumar, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Aag15 Ashutosh Ranjan Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Civil Review No.387 of 2013.

Patna High Court MJC No.400 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the description of the petitioner no.6 has wrongly been recorded in C. Rev. No.387 of 2013 as Sameer Kumar in place of Sameer Kumar Singh. It is urged that in place of P.O. Saidpur Jhauwan, Saidpur Jhawar has also been recorded.

There is no opposition on behalf of the State. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the name of petitioner no.6 be read as 'Sameer Kumar Singh' in place of 'Sameer Kumar' and the name of P.O. be read as 'Saidpur Jhauwan' in place of 'Saidpur Jhawar'.

Accordingly, the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in Civil Review No.387 of 2013 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

This application stands disposed of.
