Versus

1. The State Of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjay Kumar @ Manu, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. case No.74 of 2007 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 435, 436, 427, 452, 380 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and 17 C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram.

Considering the successive reports of the S.P., Rohtas showing that serious efforts have been made to examine the remaining Police Officers, who had retired in the meanwhile, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
