JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-395, 397, 386, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named and the name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Wahid, who was said to have identified by the informant at the time of alleged occurrence. Moreover, co-accused Md. Wahid and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11333 of 2016 (2) dt.14-03-2016 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amaur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-VIIth-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
