2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2003 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail. Earlier the petitioners were granted bail vide orders dated 14.12.2004 and 29.09.2004 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 38106 of 2004 and 8730 of 2004 respectively.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners was cancelled due to lack

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 176 of 2003.
