Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 47 ( a) of the Excise Act.

50 liters country made liquor and some other apparatus are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 6.1.2016. Para 3 of the petition reveals that petitioner appears to be the first offender.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
