JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also learned counsel, appearing for opposite party No. 2.

It is pointed out that as per agreement, petitioner went to return the household articles to opposite party No. 2 on 04-112015 but the opposite party No. 2 refused to receive the aforesaid household articles. List of household articles is produced before this court by learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for opposite party No. 2 points out that as per information, given by father of opposite party No. 2, today the date had been fixed for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17754 of 2015 (6) dt.05-11-2015 returning the household articles and that was the reason, on 04-112015, neither opposite party No. 2 nor her father went to the place, which was fixed for returning the household articles. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the provisional bail, granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15-05-2015 in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014, is hereby confirmed.
