2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"That this writ of Mandamus is upon the Respondent authorities for a direction for payment of of the money to the farmers whose land has been acquired in 2011 by S.S.B. (Seema Surkhsa Bal) for

Patna High Court CWJC No.21249 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 Construction of its Head Quarters in Mauza Chikni, District E. Champaran. And the entire compensation money has not been paid to farmers. The rest money should be paid with interest amount. That the remaining amount should be paid as per new Act."

3. With the help of documents, the learned State and Central Government counsels submit that earlier 80% compensation was provided and now the entire 20% has been paid.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though she has no instruction, is ready to accept the contention of the State counsel with liberty to take appropriate steps if the petitioners have still some grievance before appropriate authority/Court.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
