2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this application for issuance of appropriate writ / writs in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the office order No 39/2018 dated 28-12-2018 passed by Respondent No 4 whereby and whereunder the license of the petitioner as Deed Writer bearing No 84/2002 has been cancelled on frivolous and non existing grounds as well as on malafide, is directed in the following facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an

Patna High Court CWJC No.1481 of 2019(5) dt.18-03-2024 2/2 appeal before the respondent no. 2.

4. This application is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner to enable him to prefer an appeal before the respondent no. 2 within 30 days from today. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered by the I.G. Registration on merits.
