On account of recovery of railway property from the possession of the petitioner, the instant case has been registered wherein petitioner happens to be under custody since 05.03.2015. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as has been incorporated under para-3 of the petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Gautam Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with R.P.F. (Mokama) P.S. Case No. 3/2015. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
