JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant and there is allegation against him of torture and demand. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than five months, charge sheet has already been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of the trial.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has submitted that informant is ready to reside with the petitioner.

No.5612 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 239 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required.
