The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. There is recovery of 11.10 litres of country made liquor from the shop of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner is owner of the shop from where illicit liquor was recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
