2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 109, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Present case is counter blast of Complaint Case No. 1025 of 2025, filed by Bhabhi of petitioner against informant and others.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the nature of injury and the fact that there is case & counter case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 588 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
