The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013, corresponding to S.T. No. 680 of 2014.
The informant, widow of the deceased, made allegation that petitioner Naresh Yadav and his son Santosh Yadav caught the hands of deceased Ram Kumar, and Diwakar Yadav, son of the petitioner, fired. Consequently, Ram Kumar died. It is submitted that the petitioner is not the assailant, and he is in jail from 19-11-2013. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about one and a half years.

No.6830 of 2015 (4) dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased, and he has already remained in jail for about one and a half years, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bhagalpur, in connection with S.T. No. 680 of 2014, arising out of Sabour P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date during the course of trial. If the petitioner does not appear on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) B.Roy/- U
