The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No.19 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saran at Chapra. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing bhala blow injury on the chest of the informant on the instigation of the co-accused, Raghunath Rai.

The injury report of the informant shows that the injury as found on the chest of the informant was grievous in nature caused by sharp cutting weapon.

No.18998 of 2015 (3) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
