Petitioner who happens to be under custody since 23.11.2014 has been alleged by the informant, a girl aged about 15 years, to have misbehaved with her along with Nishu Kumar. Taking into account the allegation inconsonance with the period of detention, petitioner, Raja Kumar Singh @ Raja Singh @ Raja Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul PS Case No.301/2014.
