2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 337, 338, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of spade, causing injury over her right hand as well as on her head. Further, he also assaulted the husband of the informant.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner and husband of the informant are

It has also been submitted that the F.I.R. was registered under bailable Sections and the petitioner was granted bail but later on the charge sheet was submitted under some non-bailable Sections and the cognizance was also taken and the petitioner is under custody since 19.11.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
