The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that husband of the deceased has not been made accused in the instant case. The informant has mere raised suspicion against the petitioner in the written report.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
