The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 337, 527, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that on 19.06.2021 at about 6:00 pm, when he was at his door, 20 named accused persons, including the petitioners, came variously armed and assaulted the informant and his family member on account of land dispute in which petitioner no.1 is alleged to have assaulted Ashok Sah with danda on his private parts and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is further submitted that the injuries suffered by Ashok Sah and Vikash are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance, learned counsel thus submits that on account of land dispute, the present occurrence took place in which there was no intention on the part of the petitioners to commit a serious offense. Learned counsel further submits that even from the side of the petitioner, Chanpatia (Kumarbag) P.S. Case No. 323 of 2021 was registered against the side of the informant.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where
