JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the person in whose account Rs.30,000/- was transferred through A.T.M. which was obtained under deceitful means apart from other co-accused in whose account also the money was transferred as well as the remaining amount was directly withdrawn. At the present moment, the petitioner has offered to deposit Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand).

On deposit of Rs.30,000/-, petitioner Pragash Mahto will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17405 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 7 of 2015. Further more, the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will be available on the date on which he will be required for the purpose of conduction of T.I. parade.
