The petitioner is said to have assaulted the sons of the informant and others by means of Farsa. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place due to blockage of a passage but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter-case between the parties and several persons from side of the petitioner too sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Learned counsel appearing for the informant points out that injured Sunil Kumar sustained grievous injury and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he caused injuries to the aforesaid injured Sunil Kumar.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9824 of 2016 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015.
